Jane Gibson

Jane Gibson, a Dallas resident, is a self-taught artist utilizing re-purposed glass and resin to create her canvas designs. Her role as an artist began as a hobby but has since blossomed into a passion that allows Jane to creatively express who she is and what inspires her. The name, “Let it Shine!”, emerged as a play on the effects resin has on glass pieces and a homage to her Christian faith, specifically finding inspiration from Matthew 5:16: "Let your light shine before others that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in Heaven".

Jane's new found love for glass has also allowed her to find other ways to fulfill the desire to give back. In keeping with this purpose, a portion of the art sales proceeds are donated to support those less fortunate in her community and beyond.
